I order online frequently, including furniture pieces and have sadly had quite unpleasant dealings with transport/delivery companies have poor handling practices and lack basic courtesy. This has previously resulted in my decision not to shop again from certain vendors as the experience was just too awful. You obviously do care about the reliability and professionalism of your transporter and will certainly get my business again should the need arise. So, thank you!
